It's a challenge for Australia to set fresh records.

The alternative records, the ones sought by the achievement hunters, are what's still available for a side that has accomplished all there is.

It needed up to Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase exceeding 300, reclaiming their record for the biggest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, frankly, a tribute to the pitchers that have sported the yellow jersey over the last half-century.

Once she was out Australia required another 66 at run per delivery - an unconquered height now demanding an easy conclusion.

"Chasing 330 runs is unfamiliar ground so I am glad we have the assurance to do that now," stated Healy further.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it another time but, if we do, we are confident we can succeed."

These statements will be the final thing competing nations at this tournament want to hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will win from any position has grown stronger - this triumph succeeding victory over Pakistan by 107 runs despite being 76-7 at a certain moment.

Next Australia play Bangladesh before an encounter with longtime competitors England in Indore in ten days, by which point a semi-final berth may probably be guaranteed.
